The payment guidelines for eTourist Services Pvt Ltd are as follows:
Service Fees:
• Service Fee & Sri Lanka Government Fee: These are applicable before settling the payment. The fee includes the service charge and the ETA stamping fee.
Payment Methods:
You can choose from three payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer:

2. Credit/Debit Card (ETA/MasterCard/AMEX):
o Payment Currency: US dollars.
o Payment Descriptor: The charge will appear on your bank or credit card statement as " eTourist Services Pvt Ltd."
o Required Information:
Billing information (cardholder’s name and address).
Card details (number, expiry date, and security code).
3D Secure code for verification.
o The transaction is securely processed via TLS/SSL and complies with PCI-DSS standards.
o Success/Failure: Upon successful payment, a confirmation page and email will be sent. If unsuccessful, you will be directed to a page explaining the issue.
3. PayPal:
o Pay via Credit Card through PayPal:
Payment will appear as "PayPal* ETAS" or "PayPal* eETA" (depending on your country).
Follow the same instructions as for credit card payments, ensuring your information is securely transmitted.
o PayPal Account:
PayPal offers consumer protection, and you may request a refund if the services are not as promised.
When paying, include the invoice number (if paying for multiple invoices, separate them with a slash and spaces).
o Payment Currency: Payments are made in US dollars through PayPal.
o Success/Failure: Upon successful payment, you’ll see a confirmation page and receive an email. If the payment fails, you will be directed to an error page.
