• The European Commission
• The European Digital Services Board
• Users of our services

 

Language of Communication:

While communications are handled primarily in English, we will endeavor to respond in other languages whenever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, responses will be provided in English by default.

 

Reporting of Illegal Content

We provide an easy and efficient mechanism for reporting illegal content on our platform, in line with DSA requirements.

Who Can Report?
• Governmental representatives.
• Trusted reporters.
• Any user of our services.

How to Report?
Use the designated form on our website to notify us of illegal content.
1. Select the category: "Flagging Unsuitable Content".
2. Provide the URL of the content in question.
3. Include detailed reasons and evidence supporting the claim of illegality.

Important Notes:
• If the provided information is insufficient, the report may be denied.
• Reports can be submitted anonymously, or you may include an email address.
• If an email address is provided, we will:

o Acknowledge receipt of the notification.
o Update you with the decision regarding the reported content, where permitted by law.

 

Transparency Reports

To comply with the DSA, we will publish a Transparency Report annually. This report will include:
• Details of content moderation activities conducted during the reporting period.
• Statistics on the volume and type of content removed.
• Summary of removal requests from public authorities and users.
This commitment to transparency ensures accountability and helps users understand our approach to content moderation.
